Information on Potential Claims against Saudi Arabia - Letter to Clients 9/28/16

On September 28, 2016, the United States House of Representatives and the Senate approved the Justice Against Sponsors of Terrorism Act that will allow certain 9/11 survivors and family members and individuals who have suffered with illnesses due to their exposure to the toxins in the air, to sue foreign states for acts of international terrorism.

We are exploring whether you can be included in the lawsuit in federal court against Saudi Arabia and others. We are closely following this issue and the circumstances are changing daily. As you know we are well versed in all matters relating to the World Trade Center events, having served as lead counsel in Federal Court before Judge Hellerstein in the World Trade Center litigation for the past twelve years.
